Shipping
We currently ship across India, with a special focus on speedy and safe deliveries in Maharashtra (our home turf!).
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pune, Maharashtra. We dispatch within 24–48 hours of receiving your order (excluding Sundays & public holidays). We ship Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Timeline:
- Usually takes 2–5 business days within Maharashtra.
- Up to 7 business days for other parts of India.
Need something faster or at a specific time? We’ll try to make it happen—drop us a WhatsApp or call before placing your order. (No promises, but we’ll do our best!)
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at listen@saychecko.com or WhatsApp/call us at +91 82629 49751 (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM).
Already dispatched? It can’t be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery. Once the parcel is returned to us:
We’ll deduct ₹100 (shipping) + ₹100 (return charges) and refund the remaining amount.
Returns & Refunds
We’re all about quality and transparency, but in case something’s off:
We highly recommend that you shoot an unboxing video whenever the product is delivered to you.
We DO NOT accept returns of opened or used products, as they can’t be resold.
But if you receive a damaged, tampered or wrong product, please:
- Contact us >within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.

If it’s a quality-related concern, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and offer a solution, depending on the case.
Please note:
-Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
