"If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at listen@saychecko.com or WhatsApp/call us at +91 82629 49751 (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM). If it's already dispatched it can’t be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery. Once the parcel is returned to us, ₹100 (shipping) + ₹100 (return charges) are deducted and the remaining amount is refunded."

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD). However, due to rising cases of fake and fraudulent COD orders faced across the industry, we currently offer Partial COD as a safer alternative. A small amount is paid upfront while placing the order, and the remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Order modifications may be possible only before dispatch. Please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.
