Can I return / exchange my order?
At CHECKO Facecare, your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on eligible products within a specified period. To ensure a smooth process, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. To initiate a return or exchange, visit our website, head to the “My Orders” section, select your order, and choose the return/exchange option. You may also be asked to provide a valid reason, along with supporting images, to help us process your request quickly.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We currently ship across India, with a special focus on speedy and safe deliveries in Maharashtra (our home turf!). All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pune, Maharashtra. We dispatch within 24–48 hours of receiving your order (excluding Sundays & public holidays). We ship Monday to Saturday. Delivery Timeline: Usually takes 2–5 business days within Maharashtra. Up to 7 business days for other parts of India.
Can I expedite my product?
At CHECKO Facecare, we understand that sometimes you need your skincare essentials a little sooner. Many of our orders are eligible for expedited shipping at an additional fee, depending on the product, delivery location, and courier service availability. While this service may not be accessible in certain remote areas, we always strive to deliver your order at the earliest possible time. To check if expedited shipping is available for your purchase, you can review the options on the checkout page or reach out to our customer care team via call or email, and we’ll be happy to assist you in upgrading your delivery.
How to cancel my order?
To cancel the order from our website, log in to our website, go to “My Orders,” select the order, and look for a “Cancel” option.
What if my package or the product arrives damaged?
At CHECKO Facecare, we take utmost care in packing and delivering your products, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please document the issue immediately by taking clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging. Reach out to our customer care team within 24–48 hours so we can assist you quickly. You can then initiate a return or replacement request directly through our website or app. For the return process, we may either arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back. Please ensure you keep the original packaging intact for inspection. Once the return is processed, you’ll receive either a replacement (if available) or a refund within 5–10 business days.
